Why Become a Young Editor?

Preference will be given to candidates with significant research achievements and a strong commitment to academic ethics.
Who Can Apply?
- Age: Under 40 years.
- Education: Hold a PhD in Civil Engineering.
- Research: Minimum of 10 years of research experience.
- Publications: At least 5 papers published in reputable journals in the last 3 years.
- Commitment: Dedicate time and effort to support the journal's growth.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading research projects.
Your Role as a Young Editor
- Handle the peer review process for submitted manuscripts.
- Submit at least 2 high-quality papers to TJCE during your two-year term.
- Attend Editorial Board Meetings (mostly online).
- Actively promote TJCE at academic events and via social media.
Outstanding Young Editors may later be invited to join the Editorial Board.
